About the Event:
The aim of the event is to inform HR professionals and senior managers what will the future trends in technology and HR be, and demonstrate how various technological solutions facilitate processes related to leading and managing people. The focus will be on key trends, innovations, initiatives and best practices both locally and internationally.

About the Topic:
We live in the era of new technologies. They became a dominant factor in each business and personal area – including the HRM function. LinkedIn equipped the recruiting professionals with a new power tool for talent acquisition. Google changed our access to information: for less than 10 minutes one can review feedback of hundreds of employees or the employment brand ratings of a company. Facebook let the company’s communicate directly with their current or prospective employees. Enhanced software for HR management made it easier to gather and analyse trends in recruitment, retention or remuneration processes and to align the HR practices with the labour market competition as well as with the company’s strategic goals. Excited by the technological impact on the HR practitioners and curious about its tendencies we have decided to invite leading HR professionals to share their experience with us.
