Daniela Petkova Daniela Petkova

Daniela Petkova has been Chief Executive Officer of PAC Doverie from 2000 to 2012. At the time she was appointed to that position the company had about 90,000 clients and managed assets of about BGN 11 million. At the end of 2012, under her guidance, members of  the pension funds, managed by PAC Doverie, were already over 1 254 000 Bulgarian citizens, and the assets under management exceeded BGN 1.7 billion. As CEO of PAC Doverie Daniela Petkova was distinguished by the American Biographic Institute for her achievements in the sphere of marketing and management for 2005 and was included in the list of the Great Women of the 21st Century. She is a winner of the traditional Business Woman of the Year Award for 2005, granted by the "We, the Women" newspaper. In 2009, Mrs. Daniela Petkova was elected among the ten finalists of the second national competition "Manager of the Year", organized by the Manager magazine. She is one of the five nominees in the category "Business" for the "Woman of the Year 2010" awards of "Grazia" magazine. Daniela Petkova is the first manager of a non-banking financial institution awarded the "Burov Prize" for financial management. She ranked 18th in the prestigious list of "The top 100 most influential women in Bulgaria" for 2011 and 5th in the same list for 2012. She was awarded the prize "Mr. & Mrs. Economy" for contribution to the non-banking financial sector in 2012. In 2013, the "Veleslav Gavriiski" Foundation honoured her with a prize for overall contribution to the assurance in Bulgaria. Mrs. Petkova was born in the town of Dobrich. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy. Joined PAC Doverie at the very establishment of the company in 1994 and has served as Chief Accountant of the Company and as Chief Financial Officer. She is a member of the Board of directors of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and of the Bulgarian Association of Pension Insurance Companies, Chairperson of the Committee of Actuaries of BASPIC. Since 2012 represents PAC "Doverie" in the board of trustees of the "Burov" foundation.

Plamen Bobokov Plamen Bobokov

Plamen Bobokov has been Chairman of the Board of Prista Oil since 1997 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Monbat since 1998. Mr. Bobokov is co-founder of the Bobokovi Brothers Foundation that seeks to research and preserve Bulgaria’s cultural heritage. He is a main shareholder in Project Rousse company that invests in a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 5-8,000 seats in Ruse. In 2008 Mr. Bobokov became Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Republic of Bulgaria. He is co-founder of the first private numismatic museum in Bulgaria. He is co-founder of Process Space Foundation which supports the development and promotion of contemporary art and the establishment of a thematic museum. Plamen Bobokov graduated in law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.

Rumen Tsonev Rumen Tsonev

Rumen Tsonev has 20 years management experience in innovation management and financial engineering. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Chemical Technology in Sofia with a master’s degree in metallurgical engineering and also from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia with a master’s degree in International Economic Relations. Mr. Tsonev began his career as a research associate at the Non-Ferrous Metals Institute inPlovdiv. In 1991 he joined KCM as a specialist in "Engineering" and from 1995 became its manager. In 2004 he was appointed Chief of "Development" of KCM 2000. Since the beginning of 2013 Rumen Tsonev is CEO of KCM 2000 - the largest entirely Bulgarian metallurgical and mining company in Eastern Europe. Member of the Board of Directors of KCM 2000 AD and also a member of the Supervisory Board of KCM. Rumen Tsonev represents the interests of the company which in several international trade organizations - International Lead Association, International Zinc Association, International Lead and Zinc Study Group and others. Several large environmental projects were completed under the direction of Eng. Tsonev. Тhe implementation of the last of them - tech renovation and expansion of production, sarts a new generation of metallurgy. The investment is worth 100 million еuros and it outlines strategic trend of environmentally production of lead and zinc for the next 50 years.




Hristo Hristov Hristo Hristov

Hristo Hristov is President and CEO of Discordia. DISCORDIA was founded in 1992 in Varna as a company for international transport and logistics. Consequently, companies were created in Ukraine and Romania by Discordia brand. Starting activity with transport and forwarding, gradually Hristo Hristov created and developed rail, container, air and multimodal transport. In 2008 Hristo Hristov created a unique franchise model for trucks operating in the EU. He created an effective model for international transportation, highly appreciated by European partners of the company and renowned universities. Mr. Hristov has an MA in Economics from the University of Economics - Varna.

Plamen Ganchev Plamen Ganchev

Plamen Ganchev graduated microelectronics technology and microelectronic production at Technical University of Sofia. From 1995 to 2005 he was founder and CEO of "Vereya cable" company providing cable TV and Internet. From 2003 until now he's been a major shareholder in Bulsatcom where he is also the CEO, along with one of the partners in the firm - Maxim Zayaakov. Plamen Ganchev is a part of the Board of Directors of the company. From 2009 to 2013 Bulsatcom is one of the main sponsors of PFC Beroe. Plamen Ganchev is also the Chairman of the Board of non-profit association The Business for Beroe.

Juan Carlos Peralejo Juan Carlos Peralejo

Juan Carlos Peralejo was born in 1956 in Madrid, Spain. He graduated from the University "San Pablo" in 1978. He defended his doctoral degree in law and after his graduation, he received an honors degree in constitutional law at the Centre for Constitutional Studies at the Spanish government. He participated in the Program for Management Development (PDD) of the International Business School, University of Navarra, Spain, also in the business programs of the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. At the beginning of his career, Juan Carlos has held management positions in sales and marketing at Kellogg and Rowntree Mackintosh S.A. He joined Nestlé in 1987, occupying various positions, mainly in the business of chocolate and confectionery. He gained many years of experience in marketing and sales. In 2003 he became a manager of 'Chocolate and Confectionery' and 'Optimization of business processes " for Nestlé markets of Central Europe, including the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, the Baltic states and Hungary. In 2004 he was elected as business a manager "Chocolate and sweets" for Nestle in Hungary, and in 2006 he took over management of the strategic business unit of Nestle in the 'Chocolate and Confectionery' based in Nestlé's headquarters in Vevey in Switzerland. From 2008 to March 2012, Juan Carlos has been responsible for the business sector "Dairy products and chocolate and sugar confectionery" for Nestlé's entire Iberian region. He is currently CEO of Nestle Bulgaria.

Kiril Asenov is the owner and manager of Arexim Engineering. Arexim Engineering is a leading manufacturer of highly precision technical plastic parts and tooling. The company processed 4500 tons engineering plastic annually. The main areas of activity of the company are Electrical Engineering, Electrical Tools, Gas meters, Automotive industry, Consumer Goods, Sports. Currently Arexim is established as a Manufacturer - partner of all its customers, capable of achieving the highest level of quality, delivery and technical support. Among the clients of Arexim Engineering are: Liebherr, Festo, Makitta, Bosch, Kostal, Grammer, Schneider Eelctric, Solarpro, Mares, Eaton, Actaris.

Nikolay Petrov Nikolay Petrov

Nikolay Petrov is CEO of BILLA Bulgaria. Nikolai Petrov has worked in "Billa Bulgaria" since 2001 and almost four years of that period he has worked in Billa Russia. He has held various positions within the company. Nikolai Petrov is Chairman of the Board of the Association of Modern Retail. He holds a Master of Business Administration.
