Cezary joined UniCredit CAIB Poland in February 2008 as Director in the Investment Banking Department. He began his career at CDM Pekao Securities in 1997.
Cezary has extensive experience in IPO and M&A transactions, as well as financial analysis and corporate governance.
Cezary was involved in some of the largest transactions in the Polish financial market, including public offerings and dual listing of Fortuna Entertainment Group, (EUR 78 mn); Cyfrowy Polsat IPO (PLN 849 mn) and ABB (PLN 117 mn); Globe Trade Centre IPO (PLN 490 mn) and ABB (PLN 487 mn); Multimedia Poland IPO (PLN 804 mn); TVN IPO (PLN 510 mn) and M&A transactions of such companies as Multimedia Poland, which included bonds issue (PLN 400 mn), share buyback and tender offer (EUR 89 mn); Naspers / MIH Allegro, tender offer and delisting of Bankier.pl (PLN 54 mn); tender offer and delisting of Gadu-Gadu (PLN 398 mn); AgustaWestland, acquisition of PZL Swidnik (PLN 339 mn); Advent Intl., acquisition of WSIP via tender offer execution (EUR 79 mn); Midas, strategic advisory on securing a strategic investor for CenterNet.
He recently advised Warsaw Stock Exchange on a public offering of bonds (PLN 170 mn).

Beata Kacprzyk Beata Kacprzyk

Beata Kacprzyk - a chief specialist at the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s Market Development Department, responsible for attracting Polish and foreign companies and investment firms to the WSE. During her multi-year carrier at the WSE, was involved in a number of business projects related to development of the WSE. As a public speaker, she popularizes the ways of raising capital via the stock market, along with stock and bond issues.

Kamen Kolchev Kamen Kolchev

Kamen Kolchev is Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELANA Financial Holding,which includes financial services companies with 20 years of history on the capital market. Kamen Kolchev's professional career is related to the development of the Bulgarian capital market in two decades - from the foundation of one of the first investment firms, through one of the first fund managers and mutual funds, the first REIT to invest in land and others.
Kamen Kolchev is a member of the Executive Board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (KRIB). He was chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries (BALII) in two terms.
He graduated in mathematics "St. University. Ohridski ". He has specialized in "Corporate Governance in Central and Eastern Europe" in Prague and "International Capital Markets" at the Institute of Finance - New York.
