Lubomir Hristov
Lubomir Hristov, born in 1975, graduated from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) in Sofia.
He has worked in the Ministry of Defense - National Coordinating Centre for logistical support in passing through the territory of Bulgaria troops of KFOR and NATO, operation "Joint Guardian" in the province of Kosovo. He was an expert in the Parliamentary Committee on Transport and Communications in the previous National Assembly.
From 2006 to July 29, 2009 Mr. Hristov served as Deputy Executive Director of the "Automobile" agency and from July 29, 2009 to December 2009 he was director there.
Since December 2009 Mr. Hristov has been Deputy Mayor in charge of transport and transport communications in the team of Yordanka Fandakova.

Stefano Manelli is a transport engineer from Turin (Politecnico) and Swiss Institute of Technology (EPFL). After his master thesis in 2003 with prof. Philippe Bovy, he was particularly involved in transport and airport planning for most important Mega Events in Europe such as Olympic Games of Torino 2006, UEFA Euro 2012, Sochi 2014 among others. Stefano Manelli is working with Citec Ingénieurs Conseils SA since 2005, participating into many projects and expertise mostly in Switzerland, France and Italy as project manager and head of the mega events transport department. He is also director of the Italian agency of Citec (Citec Italia srl).
Radostina Petrusenko, born in 1975, graduated and World Economy University and University for Architectural and Works she has worked in the Ministry of Transport and Communications as an expert in "Foreign investment and EC funding." Since 2005 the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works as an expert in the Directorate General Programming of Regional Development ", Managing Authority of Operational Programme" Regional Development "2007 -2013. From September 2011 led to the Unit Project Management integrated public transport in the seven major cities in Bulgaria.
Franz Proksch
Franz Proksch was born in 1956 and has a technical education. He began his career in Elin Union - electronics and electrical company working in calculation and engineering of railway traction motors.
At Siemens Austria he has worked as Head of Mass Transport and Head of Railways System Direction. Currently Mr Proksch is head of the Sales Customer Service in the Rails Systems division at Siemens Austria.
