Elitsa has a degree in International economic relations from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Between 2001 and 2010 she has worked in several fields, including retail, IT, marketing and advertising, CRM for distributors and end consumers. Since 2011 Elitsa works in Bulgaria Air and is responsible for the flight operations, route development and the loyal customers programme.

Rumiana Zheleva has a doctoral degree in marketing. She teaches management of advertising campaigns in the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. Between 2004 and 2013 she has worked in the advertising companies Saatchi&Saatchi (2004 – 2009) and Brand New Ideas (2009-2013)

Cvetomira Sarlova is the head of Shopper&Customer Marketing department at Beiersdorf Bulgaria.

She has started her career in the company in 2001 and has held different positions. Among her many responsibilities was the maintenance of data bases, organising events and promotions, development of ideas, preparation, implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns and international shopper research.

Cvetomira has master's degrees in, German and English Linguistics from the Veliko Tarnovo University and a master's degree in marketing from the Economic Institute, BAN.

Rumen Galabov is a Key Account Manager at Beiersdorf Bulgaria. He has started his career in the cosmetics giant in 2007 as a marketing assistant. Between 2008 and 2010 he worked as a sales representative. Ha started work at his current position in August 2010.

Rumen has two bachelor's degrees from the University of National and World Economy – in International Economic Relations and in Economic Management.

Momchil Elenkov is manager Customer relations management in Vivacom. His career in the telecommunications company started in February 2010 in the Mobile products and services department, where his task was to develop new services. He is the person who is responsible for the support of mobile solutions such as VIVA Bipper, VIVABooks, VIVA Care and VIVA Apps. Momchil has a degree in Business administration from the Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski" and a master's degree in Telecommunications management from the New Bulgarian University.

Milen Raikov is a senior tax manager with Ernst &Young Bulgaria. He holds a Master degree in Law from Sofia University "Kliment Ohridski". He is a member of the Sofia Bar Association and Co-chairman of the tax committee of AmCham in Bulgaria. He leads the indirect tax and the tax litigationpractices of Ernst & Young Bulgaria.

Velizar Velichkov has a degree in acting from the National Academy for Theatre and Film, Sofia, from 2010. He has more than 10 years' experience in Bulgarian web. In August 2010 he took part in the establishing of the collective buying web portal Grabo.bg and currently is commercial director of the company.

Maria Yankova works in the Customer management department of Metro Cash and Carry Bulgaria since 2010. She started her employment in the company in the Customer life cycle department and upon becoming head of the Additional needs department, Maria has organised various loyalty programmes for the clients of Metro. 
She has a master's degree in international business from the business universities in Reuitlingen, Germany and Reims, France. 
Maria has marketing and customer experience in Schwarzkopf Professional in Germany and in Mazda Motor Europe in Leverkusen, Germany.

 Krassimir Dimitrov teaches civil and family law in the Department of Law in the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" (since 1992) and in the Rousse University "Angel Kunchev" (since 1995), where he was deputy dean and is currently responsible for the scientific activities. He has taught in the legal department of University of National and World Economy. He has additional qualifications from US universities. In May 2002 he was elected by the Parliament as a member of the Commission for Personal Data Protection and was re-elected for a second term in 2007. He is the Bulgarian representative in the EU working group on protection of personal data. His scientific interests lie within the notary, family and inheritance law, law clinics and the protection of personal data. He has written the books "Notary Law - Common Part" and "Legal Position of the Notary and the Notary Chamber". He is a frequent speaker at conferences and trainings.

Ivaylo Fichev has been working in the loyalty programme CLUBSMART of Shell Bulgaria in the past 12 years. Since 2008 he is its director. He has worked for the development of the partnership with McDonald's, of CRM strategies and campaigns, of CLUBSMART Premium and of the new functionalities - CLUBSMART Together and the deployment of the programme in the franchise partners of Shell. He has a degree in Business Administration from the New Bulgarian University, with specialty in tourism management. He has started his career in the marketing and advertising department of "Pamporovo". Ivaylo joined Shell Bulgaria in 1998. He has numerous qualifications and trainings in marketing, online marketing, partnership management, leadership and negotiations.

Georgi Malchev has over 10 years experience in strategic marketing, business development and marketing - starting from the inception of the idea, through planning and execution, to running as a service, business line, brand and company. Throughout the years Georgi has been business consultant, manager, COO and board member to services and production companies. Georgi is partner and business development director at ilyan.com - a digital marketing agency. For the last 12 months the agency has created and executed digital campaigns for Danone, Kraft Foods Bulgaria, Zagorka, Henkel Bulgaria, Intersnacks Bulgaria, Maxxium etc. Georgi holds an MBA from AUBG. He teaches advertising, business communications and negotiations classes. He is a mentor at Eleven and Launchub - private equity funds for acceleration of start-ups.

Hristo Radichev has a degree in sociology and international relations from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He started his career in GfK Bulgaria as a junior researcher. There he became a leader of the GfK Leaflet Monitor and GfK Shopping Monitor projects, which analyse the promotional activities and the consumer habits in the FMCG sector.

After he left GfK, he joined the Reader's Digest. As an internet manager he was responsible for the e-mail marketing and the development of the customer data bases in Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia and Croatia. He has co-authored some of the most successful eDM (electronic Direct Mail) projects of the company, which it still uses in its current global activities.

Currently Hristo is the manager for Bulgaria of Meidapost Hit Mail — a specialised company for direct marketing, part of the French La Poste. His main interests include  e-mail marketing, consumer promotions, direct mailing, customer loyalty and the development of high quality customer data bases.

Chris Jacobs is the lead consultant specialising in customer loyalty programmes and CRM. He has worked in systems for over 35 years, the last 20 of which have been exclusively in consumer-focused marketing applications. He has been personally involved in the design and implementation of over 80 programmes (including Boots, Barclaycard Freedom, BP, Nectar, Vodafone, O2, Oscar) in the UK and Europe.

Chris is a practitioner who has an in depth, practical understanding of the different issues involved in building customer relationships in a wide range of industries.

Michael Leander has more than 20 years of experience in the direct marketing and remarkable achievements in the digital marketing. He has participated in many successful projects in many areas, including loyalty programmes. He started with direct sales from door to door and worked in the printing and publishing business. Then he managed a company for CRM software. After that he created a consulting company for direct marketing and mass mailing. Later he sold it and focused on consulting services and trainings.
