Kerry Hallard Kerry Hallard

Kerry Hallard is the CEO of the National Outsourcing Association and Director of the European Outsourcing Association. Kerry is leading the NOA to grow the reach and the reputation of the outsourcing industry globally. Professionalising the outsourcing industry through standards and qualifications is core to the NOA's work today. Prior to joining the NOA full time, Kerry was Managing Director of Buffalo Communications, the communications consultancy which the NOA had outsourced its marketing, membership services and Secretariat to and was publisher of sourcingfocus.com and the Outsourcing Yearbook. During her 20 years in communications Kerry worked for companies to include: ICL; Lexmark; IBM; KPN Qwest; Avaya; Crystal Decisions and Cincom. Kerry received an MBA from Kingston Business School in 2004 and is a Member of the Association of MBAs. Prior to commencing her career in communications, Kerry worked in Eagle Star Insurance Services IT department. Kerry graduated from the University of the West of England with a BA Hons in Modern Languages and Information Systems.

Stefan Bumov Stefan Bumov

Stefan Bumov is a Chairman of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association - a branch organisation which aims to consolidate the interests of companies that offer outsourcing services, boost the competitiveness of the environment and create additional conditions to bolster foreign investments in the sector.
Stefan Bumov is the General Manager of Sofica Group for Bulgaria and Macedonia, Vice President Operations, CEE for TeleTech Holdings Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. He has led the company and its growth from 30 to over 800 employees since 2007. Prior to joining Sofica Group he held senior positions in HP, including Sales Manager for Bulgaria and Sales Strategy and Development Manager for CEE, the Middle East and Africa.

Xavier Marcenac Xavier Marcenac

Xavier is a seasoned executive with some 20 years experience in multinational companies in consulting, finance and M&A positions. He is the co-founder of several successful companies in the BPO industry. Xavier is currently the founder and CEO of CallPoint New Europe, a leader in the BPO services in Eastern Europe, part of Telus International . He holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduated IT engineer as well as chartered accountant. Since CallPoint joined the Telus family in 2012, Xavier has been appointed President forTelus International Europe.

Svetoslav Mladenov Svetoslav Mladenov

Executive Director of Invest Bulgaria Agency
Bachelor in International Tourism and International Economic Relations from the South-West University in Blagoevgrad. Mr. Mladenov has MBA specialized in global investments and global management from Vienna Economic University and University of Minnesota, USA. He has studied Investment policy in the State University of St. Petersburg. In the period 1999 - 2006 he was regional sales manager at Actavis. Afterwards he became Executive Director of Bellevue Property and Prime Property. Since September 2013 he is Executive Director of Invest Bulgaria Agency.

Stefan Stoyanov Stefan Stoyanov

Stefan Stoyanov is a Deputy Mayor of Plovdiv from November 2011 and he is responsible for culture, education, tourism, innovations, business development and European policies. He was born in 1982 in the city of Plovdiv. He finished his secondary education in the 91st German Language School in Sofia in 2000 and then he graduated "Bulgarian Philology" at "St. Kliment Ohridski" Sofia University in 2005. During his studies he worked as a journalist and editor. From 2005 until his inauguration as a Deputy Mayor he was engaged in private business. Worked in the field of development and promotion of online media, media – monitoring and analysis, advertising and PR campaigns.

Iglika Yordanova Iglika Yordanova

Iglika Yordanova joined Colliers team in 2002. She played a key role in the structuring of the Retail department and the company positioning as a market leader. Over the past 8 years, Iglika and her team have worked exclusively on projects such as The Mall, Mall of Sofia, Mall of Plovdiv, Grand Mall, Burgas Plaza, Park Mall. Among their most significant achievements were the consulting services they provided throughout the expansion of retail giants such as Inditex, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, New Yorker and Carrefour on the Bulgarian market. Since 2008, Iglika has been actively involved in Colliers Bulgaria operations in her capacity of a member of the management team.
At the beginning of 2013 Iglika was promoted to Deputy Managing Director and soon afterwards in July same year became the Managing Director of the company. Her previous working experience is in the FMCG sector.

Jamie Lyon Jamie Lyon

Jamie Lyon is head of corporate sector at ACCA, and leads ACCA’s research program on the CFO agenda and the future of the finance organisation. The programme focuses on a diverse range of issues facing leading businesses today, from the evolving role of the CFO, finance business partnering, global business services, shared services and outsourcing, human capital, talent management, learning and technology. Jamie regularly speaks at events and conferences on finance-related issues and has contributed to numerous management and finance publications, including coverage in the Financial Times, Accountancy Age, Finance Director Europe and Outsource Magazine. Before joining ACCA he qualified as an accountant and spent many years in industry working in the UK and internationally for two leading FTSE 100 businesses.

Georgi Sarakostov Georgi Sarakostov

With more than 15 years of experience, Georgi Sarakostov is based in Sofia leading the Corporate Taxation and Indirect Taxation service lines in Bulgaria. Georgi joins us from PwC where he started as a VAT specialist. He has graduated Moscow University of International Relations. Georgi Sarakostov has a wealth of experience working in a regional practice and has participated in regional networks including International Tax Structuring and Transfer Pricing. He was involved in activities of non-government organizations focusing on improvement of tax regimes. Currently he is Co-Chairman of the CEIBG Tax and Legal Committee (Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria).

Krasin Dimitrov Krasin Dimitrov

Deputy Minister of Economy and Energy
Krasin Dimitrov was born on November 30, 1965. He has an MA degree in management and organization of the industry of University of National and World Economy and Business Administration MBA-LBS University of Lincoln, UK. His professional career has passed through various positions in international organizations and institutions - Regional Director of the Department "Trade and Industry" in the UN and EU Government in Kosovo (UNMIK-EU), Team Leader of Economic Reform in Montenegro program USAID, Team Leader of Privatization Program EAR-EU in Serbia, a Senior Financial Expert and Team Leader for Economic Reforms to improve the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the Program of USAID, a Senior Financial Expert and Team Leader for Crisis Management in Serbia, a Senior Expert in Finance and Management of SMEs in Bosnia and Herzegovina (World Bank), a Senior Finance and Privatization expert in Kosovo for the Program of EuropeAid and others. Currently he is an Associate Partner at Wyn River Ltd. and an International Consultant to UN, EBRD, WB, IFC for the Central and Eastern Europe and the countries from former Soviet Union. His qualifications are in the field of economic reforms aimed at achieving growth through regulation and control of the business environment, promoting the development of SMEs, public-private partnership, competitiveness, innovation and more.

Ivaylo Slavov Ivaylo Slavov

Ivaylo Slavov is a highly qualified entrepreneur and corporate executive specialized both in developing start-up and established organizations. He has more than 19 years of international experience in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Services, IT-Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Human Resources. Ivaylo has been working in different managerial roles at Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA. Ivaylo is a Board member of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association. Currently holding the position of CEO at BULPROS, a fast-growing European IT Services company established in Sofia, Bulgaria and operating already on many European and global markets. BULPROS is providing the whole spectrum of IT lifecycle services – software development in all core technologies, design and development of web and mobile solutions and applications, IT Infrastructure services with focus on infrastructure consulting for MS technologies and cloud services. To support  the operations of the clients` IT systems BULPROS is providing customer services including helpdesk, application and infrastructure technical support, content and data services as well as telesales and telemarketing services.
