Bill Boorman Bill Boorman

Bill Boorman used to have a real job, and wear a suit, and everything, now he does what he describes as "stuff he gets paid for". He has worked in and around the recruiting space for the last 30 something years.
As the founder of ‪#‎tru‬ (the recruiting unconference), he has hosted 100 events over the last 12 months, Travelling to 65 countries, speaking and listening to over 2000 people who work in and around the recruiting space, about how we can collectively make recruiting better for everyone.
He is lead advisor to talent technology companies RolePoint, TakeTheInterview, Work4Labs, Job & Talent, iGrads and The Job Post, among others. Advises corporate companies on adopting new technology and working practice, such as KPMG, Oracle, BBC and Hard Rock Café, and is a judge for the UK edition of the Candidate Experience Awards ‪#‎CandE‬'s.
Bill is a regular speaker and disruptor at conferences, and his first full book, "The Cult Of Work" is due out late 2014."

Piotr Jakubowski Piotr Jakubowski

Piotr has more than 9 years of professional experience within the field of HR Consulting and Recruitment. He started his career at Hudson Global Resources, were he was responsible for business development as well as execution of recruitment and HR projects.  He left the company in 2007 and came back in 2008 as a Project Manager / Team Manager, responsible for department focused on delivering projects to the IT / SSC and FMCG market. In 2011 he joined Telit – an IT company, were he managed the recruitment practice.
During his career Piotr had an opportunity to work on a number of consulting projects together with such companies like PwC and Deloitte, his main area of expertise were SSC / BPO localization projects. Last project delivered in this area was in February 2014.
Piotr is an engineer with an interdisciplinary studies focused on chemistry, engineering and computer sciences. He also has legal education in the area of Polish work law.
At IBM Piotr is responsible for Smarter Workforce solution line in CEE.  

Stephan Amling Stephan Amling

Stephan Amling is Senior Vice President and COO Human Resources at SAP. He assumed this role in early 2013. Beside his operational responsibilities, he is driving a strategic transformation program in the area of SAP’s people and talent related business capabilities, enabled by the migration to a renewed cloud-based IT landscape. He reports to Stefan Ries, Global Head of SAP HR and member of the SAP Global Managing Board.  Prior to that, Stephan in 2012 had a leading role in transforming SAP’s Global Services business which included reviewing its consulting model in the context of changing market requirements and SAP’s solution innovation, defining the strategic direction and executing against this roadmap.
From 2008 to 2011 Stephan led Business Transformation Services (BTS), initially in the Region DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and later on across all of EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). BTS is SAP’s management consultancy that helps customers to maximize the business value of their investments in SAP’s ERP solutions. In this role, Stephan established a holistic and business-value centric consulting approach, covering all dimensions and life-cycle stages of complex IT-enabled business change endeavors.
Stephan started his professional career with IBM as a systems engineer and project sales representative for the public services industry, with a focus on mainframe development, artificial intelligence and expert systems. He then joined Accenture (fka Andersen Consulting) where he specialized both on IT transformation related topics for CIOs and large-scale, technology-driven business transformation programs in the travel and transportation sector with a particular focus on distribution processes, electronic ticketing and integrated mobility solutions. He became Partner in 2001. Before joining SAP, Stephan was a Principal with Booz & Co. (fka Booz Allen Hamilton) where he served global travel and transportation customers in planning and executing strategic transformation programs that were leveraging the power of technology innovation. 
Stephan holds a degree in computer science and business administration from the Berufsakademie in Stuttgart. He is 48 years old, married, has two daughters, and is living in the Rhine-Main-Region near Frankfurt. 

Zornitza Iankova Zornitza Iankova

Zornitza Iankova is the Country HR Manager of Hewlett Packard in Bulgaria as of June 2011. In this role she is responsible for the two entities of HP in Bulgaria – HP Bulgaria GTM & HP Global Delivery Bulgaria Center, covering almost 4000 employees in various roles.  Further to this, as of July 2014, Zornitza is the EMEA HR Hub host Manager in HP Bulgaria.
Zornitza holds a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology and has been certified by the Society of Human Resources Management in USA holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) as of 2005, and twice successfully re-certified, in 2008 and 2011.
Zornitza has more than 15 years of progressive HR experience in different roles. She has started her career in Bulgaria when joining VM Finance group in 1999 as HR Manager, gaining additional experience in HR Manager roles in OMV and Melexis. She was responsible for Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Management, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relations.   In 2005 she moved to the US holding a position as a Business Analyst for Autodesk, leading HR optimization and efficiency improvement projects. Prior joining HP and after several years in the US, she came back in 2009 to take over the position of HR Director for Southeast Europe for Aurubis. 
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in USA, Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), and Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association. 
Zornitza has strong interest in people development, coaching and mentoring, project work and efficiency improvements.

Mihaela Ionita Mihaela Ionita

Mihaela Ionita is managing the HR Busines Processes and Contact Centre within Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Services Organization (Shared Services), being responsible for the HR services delivery to 22 countries and 3 Corporate Offices across Central and Eastern Europe.
She is experienced in HR management, operations and management consulting, having expertise in project management and continuous improvement methodologies ( Lean& Six Sigma).
Mihaela is bachelor in Economics and holds a MBA Diploma from central European University.

Antoaneta Georgieva Antoaneta Georgieva

Antoaneta Georgieva has been Director Human Resources and Administration at Sopharma Trading since September 2004.
She has a master's degree in Business Administration - Strategic Management from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and an MA in management and human resources development from the New Bulgarian University (NBU).
Antoaneta Georgieva was elected  "HR Manager of the Year" in 2009 by Magazine HR.
She is member of the Bulgarian Association for People Management since 2011.

Ivan Papazov Ivan Papazov

Ivan Papazov is senior manager and heads the division "Planning, selection and remuneration systems" at UniCredit Bulbank.
He has over 13 years experience in human resources management. He holds a master's degree in Human Resource Management and a BA in Finance.
He held various expert and management positions related to the organization and human resource planning, recruitment, assessment and development. He has also held the position of Business Partner Human Resources.
Currently Mr. Papazov heads the department responsible for the budget, selection and remuneration and benefits at UniCredit Bulbank.

Diana Radeva Diana Radeva

Diana Radeva is chief expert "Selection and Training GMP" in the Human Resources department at Actavis Doupnitsa. Her responsibilities are related with recruitment and the maintenance and development of one of the quality systems - training in Good Manufacturing Practice.
Diana has been working at the company for 18 years. Her career has gone through the functions of production, laboratory quality control and quality assurance, where she held various positions. Since 2009, she has been part of the Human Resources department. 
Diana is a qualified chemical engineer, graduating from the Higher Chemical Technology University in Sofia. She has completed a qualification trainer program at the School of Management at the New Bulgarian University (NBU); a course at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University in Sofia on "Pharmacy for non-pharmacists" and she has also received other additional training related to quality systems.
Currently she is part of a master programme in Management and Human Resource Development at NBU.

Pavel Petrov Pavel Petrov

Pavel Petrov is HRMS Methodologist at TechnoLogica. 
He graduated Human Resource Management and Finance. 
Since 2001 Mr. Petrov has been working in the field of human resource management - 7 years in a functional HR department, and the last 6 years - as a methodologist Systems for management of human resources HeRMeS®.
He is in charge for the development of modules for the management of human capital.

Rumiana Petrova Rumiana Petrova

Rumiana Petrova is HRM Software consultant at TechnoLogica. She has four years of experience in the implementation of the HRM system HeRMeS® V in both Bulgarian and international clients from different sectors of the economy. She is responsible for the Human Capital Management and Selection modules. 
She has been dealing with the analysis of best practices, dynamics and trends in HRM in organizations at an international business school "Transbusiness-E".
Rumiana has a master's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management and is a lecturer in Information systems and analytical methods in HRM at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sofia University "St.. Kliment Ohridski ".

Milen Ivanov Milen Ivanov

Milen Ivanov is entrepreneur in the HR services business for the last 12 years. He is founder and in the board of director of Horizons, Founder and Chairman of CEO CLUB BULGARIA.
He has been Regional Director SEE of JordanSheppard Executive Search and representative of Human Synergistic Diagnostics for Bulgaria.
Currently he is developing a technology start-up for events and internal communication – Sponsia. 

Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova

Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova has more than twelve years experience in the management of human resources. Since 2007, she has been Director Human Resources in Mobiltel. Her HR team 
has been repeatedly honored for successful projects in different functional areas related to managing people in the organization. The company received recognition for investing in human capital and employee engagement from business forums, media, non-profit organizations. 
Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova has master's degree in English and American studies from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and later specialized mass communications.
She also holds MBA degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and she has taken part in additional courses in international management of human resources.
In 2008 she received a certificate in program management from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, USA with a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. 
From 2009 till 2013 she was a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management. Within this mandate, she successfully implemented two new projects - HR Academy and School for junior HR professionals.
