Frank Kohl-Boas Frank Kohl-Boas

Frank Kohl-Boas studied Law at the Universities of Passau and Wurzburg and started his career within HR by joining Unilever in 1998.
At first he worked in HR-operations in 2 of Unilever largest food production sites, prior becoming the Remuneration, Expatriation and Job Evaluation Officer in the German holding in 2001. In 2003 he transferred to Shell Deutsche Oil GmbH to become Head of Compensation, focusing on post merger integration work. In 2005 he accepted the offer by The Coca-Cola Company to re-establish the HR department and HR principles, processes and policies to develop the company's culture, following its move from Essen to Berlin after a major re-organisation.
In 2007 he relocated to Sydney, Australia to lead similar efforts for the Australian and New Zealand entities. His work was rewarded by Coca-Cola becoming a "Great Place to Work" with increased results during his tenure.
Wanting to return back to Hamburg, Frank was hired by Google to become Head of HR DACH & Nordics in September 2010 and is today responsible for Northwest, Central and Eastern Europe, covering 23 offices in 20 Countries.

Tom Haak Tom Haak

Tom Haak is the founder and first director of the HR Trend Institute. He is also partner at Crunchrapps.com. 
Tom has an extensive experience in HR Management in multinational companies. From 2006-2014 he was the global HR Director for ARCADIS, the leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, with 27,000 employees worldwide. Prior to ARCADIS he worked in senior HR positions at Aon, KPMG and Philips Electronics.
Tom has a keen interest in innovative HR and how organizations can benefit from trend shifts.
Tom is known as an innovator, and in the organizations where he led HR he succeeded to have a large impact with small teams.

Albert Hakkers Albert Hakkers

Albert Hakkers, former  Human Resources Director of Microsoft and  Diageo. He was member of Global HR Teams and EMEA Executive Teams. He was 7 years at Diageo and before that he worked as Senior HR Director at Microsoft for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa). During his 10 year career span at Microsoft he also held the role of HR Director for Germany and Benelux and contributed to the company winning the Best Employer Award in many countries several times in a row. Before joining Microsoft, Albert Hakkers held various international Human Resources functions at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, which involved assignments in various countries, including Hungary, Germany, Russia and Saudi Arabia. Albert Hakkers graduated with a degree in Human Resources Management in the Netherlands and has since followed various international leadership programmes, notably at Cranfield in the UK, Warthon in the US and INSEAD in France. He is currently running a commercial business under the name OXO Lodge. On request he also does business development and HR projects. In particular helping HR teams from good to great has his passion.

Magith Noohukhan Magith Noohukhan

Magith Noohukhan has been at XING for over four years. As the XING Evangelist he represents the company and XING platform at conferences and events all over Europe. Magith has made it his mission to spread the word about a better working life and to impart XING’s raison d’être – enabling professionals to grow.
Coming from an engineering background, Magith has worked for various multinational companies prior to joining XING, including Unisys, VMware and the German AerospaceCenter (DLR). After joining XING in 2011 and serving the XING API team for over 3 years, Magith combined his passion for public speaking with the evolving trend in professional networking and architected the new role of evangelist at XING. He is the first and only evangelist at XING. 
Magith has spoken at a number of conferences, including NEXT conf, Social media week, Campus party and Munich web week. He actively engages with the startup community, hackathons and app eco systems throughout Europe.
Magith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering as well as a Master’s degree in Automation and Robotics Engineering.

Iravan Hira Iravan Hira

Iravan Hira is Managing Director of HP in Bulgaria and HP Global Delivery Bulgaria Center for more than five years. Under the leadership of Iravan Hira HP in Bulgaria is the ultimate leader in the IT sector in the country and achieves markets results which take the Bulgarian branch of the company to the leading position in Eastern Europe. HP Global Delivery Bulgaria Center is the biggest employer in the IT industry in the country with more than 6000 highly qualified employees and export of services worth of BGN 260 million in 2014.
Hira has worked in HP Bulgaria since the establishment of the company in the country in 1998 and has held various sales and management positions. He has special expertise in the field of telecommunications and business management. For high professional successes was honored twice with membership in the "Achievers Club" of global HP company.
Iravan Hira holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Technical University in Sofia.

Richard Berkeley Richard Berkeley

Richard Berkeley is an actor and a musician. He has graduated from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and holds a post-graduate performance diploma from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London. He has taught in leading music and drama academies in London, including LAMDA, Mountview Conservatoire, the Royal Academy of Music and also at the Akademia Tealtralna and Chopin Music University in Warsaw.
As a professional counter-tenor Richard has sung at Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Teatro Regio di Torino, The Warsaw Chamber Opera, the London Barbican and elsewhere. He has sung with Europa Galante and co-founded Concerto Italiano and Chor Warszawski where he also performed as a conductor.
Richard has written and broadcasted for the BBC, RAI, TVP and has been involved in numerous film, TV and advertising productions including work with Liliana Cavani, Franco Brusati, Ken Russell and  Lukasz Barczyk. He has also spoken on TEDx.
Richard now divides his time between of Fundacja Nowa Orkiestra Kameralna in Warsaw of which he is a Chairman and international business coaching for various clients in different formats at all levels. Some of his top cients over the years have been Unilever, Procter and Gamble, JTI, BPP, KPMG, Deloitte, Nestle, Infosis, GE Money, Allen and Overy, Kronospan and MDV Training.
Richard has worked with many large companies in Bulgaria over the years of our partnership and he has cultivated a wonderful understanding of local culture. He can easily address specific behavioral characteristics and adjust to different types of corporate traditions. 

Leslie Szamosi Leslie Szamosi

Dr. Szamosi is a highly sought after speaker in the area of organizational change and the management of change. He is a Senior Lecturer and the Academic Director of the MBA program at CITY College (International Faculty of the University of Sheffield) and a Founder and Co-Director of the Laboratory for Strategic People Management. He is a member of the International Faculty of the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and is regular evaluator and assessor of European Union funded projects. Following five years as the Marketing Manager for an international bio-technology and opto-electronics company in Ottawa (Canada), Dr. Szamosi worked as a private consultant for diverse organisations such as the European Union (KOMVER II Project), Digital Electronics (now part of Compaq Computers), Human Resources Development Canada, Industry Canada, KPMG Management, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (C.I.B.C.), and TELUS. Goran Angelov has an engineering background with a degree in production automation.
In 2003 he founded IBS Bulgaria - a leading Bulgarian company operating in the field of information technology.
Goran Angelov has over 15 years of experience in information and communication technologies, the IBM solutions for collaboration, and a number of successfully implemented IT projects for the business and public sector.





Miroslav Miroslavov Miroslav Miroslavov

Miro Miroslavov is a programmer and a manager with extensive experience at the Bulgarian company offering software tools for web, mobile, desktop application development, tools and subscription services for cross-platform application development Telerik.
He is an entrepreneur and founder of the IT blog called SofiaValley. A year ago, he started his own company, specializing in software development management and planning of workspace - Office R & D. The Bulgarian-English company is based in London and Sofia, the main clients are in London, where the company received financing in early 2015.

Stefan Tzanev Stefan Tzanev

Stefan has been playing around with software development since the early 90’s plotting fractals and building games using BASIC and PASCAL. He got a solid theoretical foundation during his BS in Computer Science at Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.Before joining MentorMate, Stefan spent several years at US and European custom software development companies, participating in the full life cycle of planning, building, and delivering commercial software solutions.
During his seven years at MentorMate, Stefan saw the company grow from 30 to 300 employees and was responsible for the relationship with one of the company’s largest clients. His role included everything from acquiring and on-boarding talent, to architecting and building software solutions with millions of daily users, to leading teams, distributed all around the world. In 2014, Stefan took over management of the Bulgarian side of the company as Director of Operations. In this role, Stefan is responsible for leadership of the management team to ensure successful delivery of software at 100% client satisfaction and growing and strengthening the organization with four offices in the country. Apart from the day-to-day operation, Stefan is also part of establishing strategic partnerships, organizing the annual development conference MobCon Europe, and running MentorMate Academy.
In his spare time, Stefan enjoys making his daughter laugh, hiking the beautiful Bulgarian mountains, and travelling around the world.

Georgi Milenchev Georgi Milenchev

Georgi Milenchev is founder and CEO of Fonio Trade AD – distributor of the medical devices of Phonak AG and Advanced Bionics AG, Switzerland which support the life of people with hearing loss and is Managing Director of the retail chain Hearing center Fonio. Georgi is also Director of the Founder Institute - the world's largest entrepreneur training and startup launch program, helping aspiring founders across the globe build enduring technology companies. Based in Silicon Valley and with chapters across 100 cities, the Founder Institute has helped launch over 1,650 companies. 
Georgi is registered accountant, member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, UK. He started his career in the audit department of KPMG. Then he worked as advisor for EY, tutor for BPP Professional Education, finance manager for bTV Media Group. Georgi believes that the right education can change the world and because of that he supports a number of educational initiatives like: HiAchievers, Success Academy, I can – here and now, Club of Successful people, Insight Seminars. Georgi is coach and NLP precisian who teaches a number of trainings for personal skills.  





Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova

Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova has more than twelve years experience in the management of human resources. Since 2007, she has been Director Human Resources in Mobiltel. Her HR team 
has been repeatedly honored for successful projects in different functional areas related to managing people in the organization. The company received recognition for investing in human capital and employee engagement from business forums, media, non-profit organizations. 
Miglena Ouzounova-Tsekova has master's degree in English and American studies from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and later specialized mass communications.
She also holds MBA degree from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and she has taken part in additional courses in international management of human resources.
In 2008 she received a certificate in program management from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, USA with a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management. 
From 2009 till 2013 she was a member of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association for People Management. Within this mandate, she successfully implemented two new projects - HR Academy and School for junior HR professionals.
 

Zornitza Iankova Zornitza Iankova

Zornitza Iankova is the Country HR Manager of Hewlett Packard in Bulgaria as of June 2011. In this role she is responsible for the two entities of HP in Bulgaria – HP Bulgaria GTM & HP Global Delivery Bulgaria Center, covering almost 4000 employees in various roles.  Further to this, as of July 2014, Zornitza is the EMEA HR Hub host Manager in HP Bulgaria.
Zornitza holds a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology and has been certified by the Society of Human Resources Management in USA holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) as of 2005, and twice successfully re-certified, in 2008 and 2011.
Zornitza has more than 15 years of progressive HR experience in different roles. She has started her career in Bulgaria when joining VM Finance group in 1999 as HR Manager, gaining additional experience in HR Manager roles in OMV and Melexis. She was responsible for Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Management, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relations.   In 2005 she moved to the US holding a position as a Business Analyst for Autodesk, leading HR optimization and efficiency improvement projects. Prior joining HP and after several years in the US, she came back in 2009 to take over the position of HR Director for Southeast Europe for Aurubis. 
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in USA, Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), and Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association. 
Zornitza has strong interest in people development, coaching and mentoring, project work and efficiency improvements.

Andon Simeonov Andon Simeonov

Andon Simeonov is General Manager of SoftServe since the opening of the Bulgarian branch of the company. Andon has 13 years of experience in management of people and projects in a dynamically changing environment. Before joining SoftServe Bulgaria he holds different management positions in the telecommunication sector - Evrokom, Megalan, Mnetwork and later at Mobiltel as Director of Financial Services.
In 2003 Andon graduates from the Technical University in Sofia with a Master in Telecommunications. He has Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the University of Minnesota. He has different certificates from additional management courses.
