Arnaud Leclair Arnaud Leclair

Arnaud Leclair is Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Expressbank. Mr. Leclair arrives in Bulgaria after 5 years at Rusfinance Bank – the Russian subsidiary for consumer finance of Societe Generale Group. The professional experience of Arnaud Leclair in Societe Generale started in 1996 in France. He occupied various positions, including inspector and supervisor specializing in retail banking. In 2005, Mr. Leclair moved to Hamburg, Germany, where he was Co-CEO responsible for the Sales, Marketing and IT functions at Hanseatic Bank (75% owned by Societe Generale). In September 2009 he was appointed CEO of Rusfinance Bank. Arnaud Leclair has a Master’s degree in Audit and Corporate Finance from one of the most prominent business schools worldwide - HEC university in Paris. He speaks French, English, German and Russian.

Alex Giolo Alex Giolo

Alex Giolo has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in public relations from the University La Sapienca in Rome. He works at Decathlon since 2006. He started as manager of the running department and became operational manager and store manager of Decathlon's store in Bologna (since 2007), as well as regional manager of the Venice region (since 2009). In 2012 Alex took the challenge to start the business of Decathlon in Bulgaria and one year later his first mission was accomplished with the opening of Decathlon Vitosha in Sofia (August 2013). Currently Decathlon operates with 4 stores in the country - two in Sofia, one in Varna and one in Plovdiv. Since April 2015 Decathlon Bulgaria has also successfully launched its e-commerce.

Elena Marinova Elena Marinova

 Ms. Elena Marinova is President and a shareholder at Musala Soft. She holds BA degree in Economics and MA in Strategic Management and has several outstanding personal awards. 
As a President of Musala Soft she gives her unique touch to the company strategy, paying special attention to image, market positioning, company culture and team spirit. In her public activities Ms. Marinova is committed to the recognition of Bulgaria as an internationally respected IT destination. She is VP of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM) for 2005 - 2009 and is actively engaged in activities dedicated to the promotion and support of the Bulgarian business climate, IT education and branding. Elena Marinova is a distinguished Member of the European Parliament of Enterprises 2010 and holder of the Award "Young Manager 2010" of EVRIKA Foundation.

Dragomir Kouzov Dragomir Kouzov

Dragomir Kouzov is the owner and CEO of Velomania Ltd., producer of DRAG bicycles. Master of Sport in cycling, certified cycling coach of the Russian Sports Academy and one of the coaches of 4 times champion of the Tour of Bulgaria, Ivaylo Gabrovski, he built his first DRAG bicycle in a small workshop in Sofia in 1998. Today the company produces over 70 models and exports to many countries. Dragomir Kouzov is co-founder of the Bulgarian Association of Bicycle Manufacturers, a member of the Advisory committee on bike lanes at Sofia council, a member of the board of the Electromobile Association of Bulgaria and a member of the Managing Council of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria.
Passionate about all kinds of cycling, Kouzov is the driving force behind initiatives to increase the popularity and safety of cycling in Bulgaria among all age groups.

Stefan Bumov Stefan Bumov

 Stefan Bumov is a Chairman of the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association - a branch organisation which aims to consolidate the interests of companies that offer outsourcing services, boost the competitiveness of the environment and create additional conditions to bolster foreign investments in the sector.
Stefan Bumov is the General Manager of Sofica Group for Bulgaria and Macedonia, Vice President Operations, CEE for TeleTech Holdings Inc. and a member of the Board of Directors. He has led the company and its growth from 30 to over 800 employees since 2007. Prior to joining Sofica Group he held senior positions in HP, including Sales Manager for Bulgaria and Sales Strategy and Development Manager for CEE, the Middle East and Africa.

Latchezar Bogdanov Latchezar Bogdanov

Mr. Bogdanov is one of the leading macroeconomist in Bulgaria. He started his professional career as researcher at the Institute for Market Economics in Sofia, a leading NGO and think-tank. Since 1999 he coordinated business environment and deregulation projects with the Institute. In 2004 he co-founded Industry Watch – a private economic research and analysis company. The major fields of his work include tax and fiscal policy analysis, public-private partnerships and privatization, analysis of the real estate market, assessment of macroeconomic risks. Founding member of the Bulgarian Macroeconomic Association (2003). Regular contributor to political and business press and electronic media in Bulgaria. Co-author of four books.

Georgi Stoeff Georgi Stoeff

Georgi Stoeff is founder and managing partner of Industry Watch – research and consulting company focusing on macroeconomic development and economic policy.
