Levon Hampartzoumian is the CEO and Chairman of the MB of UniCredit Bulbank since 2001. He is member of the Managing Board of BORICA. From April 2005 to April 2008 and April 2011 - April 2015 he is Chairman of the Management Board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria. Levon Hampartzoumian is a non-executive member of the Board of the Institute for Market Economy. from 2008 to 2012 he is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sofia University. Levon Hamparztoumian is awarded with the Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity (Ordine della Stella della Solidarietà Italiana) and is honoured with the title Commendatore of the Order at the beginning of May 2008 with a Decree of the President of the Italian Republic Giorgio Napolitano.

In 2007 Mr. Hampartzoumian was awarded by "Atanas Bourov" Foundation for bank management; he is also announced "Banker of the year" twice – by Finance Central Europe magazine in 2005 and by Banker weekly in 2007. In 2006 Mr. Hampartzoumian is awarded for management by Manager Magazine.
ПИн 2015 the CEO of UniCredit Bulbank was awarded with Grand Silver Merit Badge of the Republic of Austria.
Levon Hampartzoumian has a degree in Chemical Engineering and professional experience working for PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Earnst&Young.
During 1999-2001 he was consecutively Deputy Minister of Economy and Executive Director of Sofia’s Privatization Agency. 

Dimitar Kostov Dimitar Kostov

Deputy Governor in charge of the Banking Supervision Department and member of the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank elected by the 43rd National Assembly on 29 July 2015 for a six-year term of office.

Before taking these positions, for two terms of office from 11 June 2005 he was Deputy Governor in charge of the Banking Department and the Fiscal Services Department and member of the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank.
Dimitar Kostov was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Mint EAD from 2010 to 2014, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BORICA AD from 2005 to 2010, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BANKSERVICE AD from 2005 to 2009. He was the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Association of Commercial Banks in Bulgaria from 2003 and Executive Director of Allianz Bulgaria AD Commercial Bank from August 1997 to May 2005. From May 1997 to August 1999, he was the Executive Director of Central Cooperative Bank AD. He also held the following positions: Minister of Finance (1995-1997), First Deputy Minister of Finance (1993-1995), Deputy Minister of Finance (1990-1992), member of the External Debt Committee (1993-1994), member of the BNB Plenary Board (1991-1997), Governor for Bulgaria at the World Bank (1995-1996).
Dimitar Kostov has graduated economics at the University of National and World Economy in 1981. In 1992 he attended a fellowship program at Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, Prinston University, USA and completed Study Courses at the Economics Institute, Boulder, Colorado, USA.
Presently, Dimitar Kostov is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the BNB Printing Works AD and of the National Payment Systems Council. He is an Alternate Governor for the Republic of Bulgaria to the World Bank Group organisations and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Dimitar Kostov was born on September 22, 1957, married, with two children. He is a fluent speaker of English.

Emil Angelov Emil Angelov

Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD

Mr. Emil Angelov was born in 1969 in Sofia. He graduated the National and World Economy University - Sofia with a Master Degree in "Finance".
In the course of his career he was the Head of Capital Markets and Treasury Division of HVB Bank Biohim, Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Invest Bank AD and Chairman of the Managing Board and Chief Executive Director of the former Eurobank AD. After the acquisition of Eurobank AD by Piraeus Bank S.A. - Sofia Branch, Mr. Angelov had the positions of the Deputy CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD. In October 2016 Mr. Angelov occupied the position of the CEO, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Deputy Chairman of Executive Commitee  of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria AD.

Edward Macnamara Edward Macnamara

Partner, Advisory Leader, PwC South-Eastern Europe

Edward Macnamara is the leader of the Advisory practice of PwC in South-Eastern Europe, including Romania.
Born in the UK, Edward has worked for PwC for the last 20 years, out of which 18 years in insolvency and business restructuring. He has also spent two years on secondment to North America, and worked on various large restructuring cases in South Africa, Greece, Spain, Sweden and Slovakia. 
Edward's experience focusses on restructuring across a variety of sectors (retail, oil & gas, steel, ship-builders, chemicals, leisure - hotels and pubs). He worked for banks, advising them on their problem loans, and helped companies restructure their debts. For the last 8 years he has been heavily involved in restructuring large UK and international banks, including a key role in the Lehman Brothers project.

Marco Marrone Marco Marrone

Marco is currently heading the Regional Mandates Division within the Guarantees and Securitisation Department of the EuroMarco is currently heading the Regional Mandates Division within the Guarantees and Securitisation Department of the European Investment Fund (EIF). 
In such function he’s responsible for the deployment of financial instruments across several countries both within and outside the EU. Amongst others Marco oversees the implementation of initiatives such as JEREMIE and the SME Initiative.
Marco joined the EIF in 2005 where he has held different functions. Before the current role, he was Deputy General Counsel responsible for the legal side all business activities of EIF, and Head of Business Development for Southern and Western Europe. 
Prior to joining EIF, Marco worked in private practice for approximately 10 years both in Rome and in London where he mainly advised on corporate finance transactions. pean Investment Fund (EIF).

Bojidar is the PwC South East Europe Managing Partner and CEE Corporate Finance leader.
His 22 years of experience include advising clients on major privatisations and private sector deals in the region, market entry and exit strategy analysis, restructuring, liquidation and turnaround services, as well as post-acquisition assistance. 
Bojidar has an unrivalled depth of practical experience, having completed transactions and projects in all countries of the region. This provides a real knowledge of practical bottlenecks and commercial deal considerations that can add significantly to the ability to complete transactions in a reasonable timeframe and meeting the expectations of the stakeholders. 
Being involved in numerous projects in the region, Bojidar had the benefit of gaining experience and expertise in a number of different industry sectors.

Dobromir Dobrev has been member of Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board since February 2013. 
Mr. Dobromir Dobrev joined the Raiffeisen Group in 2003, and in 2005 was appointed Head of the Corporate Banking department – middle market. Since 2006 he has been CEO and Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.
Dobromir Dobrev has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of "St. Kliment Ohridski" University of Sofia. Mr. Dobrev is fluent in English and German. He is married and has one child.

Marwin Ramcke Marwin Ramcke

Managing Director of EOS int. BVG the mother company of the foreign affiliates of the EOS group 

In such function he is in charge for the development of more than 30 companies within 14 countries within the Eastern Europe region and he is deeply involved in the NPL transactions within the region.
Mr. Ramcke has a diploma degree in economics and a Bachelor degree of Trade & Commerce. He joined the EOS group in 2007 and was promoted to the Managing Director position in 2010. Before he joined the EOS group Mr. Ramcke was working 6 years for the Otto mail order company in Germany were his last function was Head of Finance & Business Economics. 
 

Tsvetanka Mintcheva Tsvetanka Mintcheva

Head of Retail Banking Division and Member of the Management board of UniCredit Bulbank

Tsvetanka Mintcheva is Head of Retail Banking Division of UniCredit Bulbank since September 2013. She started her career at the bank in 2001 as an intern and since then she has held various sales and management positions in Retail Banking Department, including sales associate, family banking manager, branch director, customer acquisition manager. During the integration she was a Workstream and Roll out manager of two exceptionally important projects in retail banking, information technology and organization.
 
Since 2007, Tsvetanka Mintcheva has worked on the development and implementation of the strategy for alternative channels of the bank as a Head of Alternative Channels Department. In 2013, she took a leading role in the Group project for opening the first ever Branch of the Future in Central and Eastern Europe, which is located in Sofia. An economist by education, she also has completed a MBA program in International Business.
