Traycho Traykov graduated from First English Language School in Sofia.
In 1994 he graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a Master's Degree in International Economic Relations.
He has specialized in financial analysis, controlling and management in Austria and Germany.
Traykov has expert knowledge in the area of corporate management, restructuring and turnaround.
His professional career started as a merger and acquisition consultant at the UK strategic and financial advisory firm Central Europe Trust.
He has taken part in a series of projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

Maya Hristova - born 1965 in Sofia. She graduated the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) with a master's degree in Trade Economics and Management. She specialized in macroeconomics and international accounting standards (Annisland - Glasgow, Scotland), financial management (American Agency for International Development - New York, USA) and law in UNWE.
Maya Hristova is an economist with many years of experience as an advisor in the field of project management, strategic and regulatory consulting of private sector enterprises, institutional departments and organizations.
In the past year, she specialized in the field of energy and energy regulation in Bulgaria, including the regulatory and institutional restructuring of the energy sector and the energy efficiency.

Lucian PALADE is Director for Development of Products and Trades at OPCOM, the Power Market Operator in Romania. After almost 15 years IT platforms and related software development within energy scientific research and industry modernizations institute ICEMENERG Bucharest and a short period banking activity, he joined in 2000 the young body of specialists dedicated Romanian power market liberalization as Power Market Operator OPCOM. His most successful activity focused on consumption forecast and market surveillance activities implementation, as well as the international consultancy managing to support the OPCOM overall development. He is currently deploying both efforts to promote the idea and principles of OPCOM spot trading services enhancement based regional cooperation and the coordination of the new OPCOM products’ launch.
