Second Conference on Mergers & Acquisitions in Bulgaria and the Region

For the third consecutive year Capital is organizing high-profile conference M&A in Bulgaria and the Region.

The aim of the forum is to play an active role in the M&A market in Bulgaria, serving as a platform for networking, discussions and deal initiation in Bulgaria. The conference will provide opportunities to both funds and strategic partners, and entrepreneurs to discuss current issues, find solutions and drive the market up. The event will facilitate M&A initiatives though a challenging agenda, successful and influential participants, combined with a networking atmosphere. 

The program is designed to help Bulgarian entrepreneurs and will focus on:
- What are the possibilities of growth through acquisitions?
- How could you sell company's particular assets on a global level?
- How could you structure a successful deal for selling a company or attracting equity financing from strategic or financial investors in the current market situation?
- Which are the new investors in South-East Europe?
