Jens Uwe Krämer Jens Uwe Krämer

Partner and Member of the Management Team, Hostettler, Kramarsch & Partner  

Dr. Jens Uwe Krämer joinedHostettler, Kramarsch & Partnerhkp GmbH as Partner and Member of the Management Team in September 2012. After completing his studies in Social Sciences (specializing in empirical social research) at the Humboldt University in Berlin and working as an academic at the Social Science Research Center Berlin, he began his consulting career as an associate at a consulting firm specializing in management compensation. At the turn of the millennium he moved into the area of international HR management consulting, working for a global consulting firm in Dusseldorf and Brussels. 

From 2005 onward Jens Uwe Krämer held various HR management functions at Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile International, where he was responsible for Western and South East Europe. In 2010 he joined SAP as Global Head of Executive Rewards, responsible for the compensation of board members and top executives across the group. 

Jens Uwe Krämer is the author of numerous specialist articles on aspects of management compensation, including contributions to standards works on compensation in Eastern Europe and sales organizations.

Lucas van Wees Lucas van Wees

Vice President HR Commercial and Global, KLM & Air France   

Drs L.L.G.M. (Lucas) van Wees MBA MBT holds an B.Sc in Tourism & Leisure (Breda) and Masters in Social Sciences (Tilburg), Telecommunications (Delft)and Business (IMD, Lausanne. He worked for Philips, Shell and KPN in HR, management and commercial jobs. Since 2001 he is the Vice President HR Commercial and Global for KLM which merged mid 2004 with Air France.

Van Wees was co-author or editor for four books and published various (international) articles a.o. for Personnel Journal, the International Journal of Career Management and the Journal of Management Development. His contribution to a European book, describing HR practices in 13 European countries, was published in late 2008 by Routledge, Taylor & Francis (ISBN 978-0-415-44761-4).

Amongst others, he is a member of the Board of the Dutch Association of Personnel Management (NVP) and, on behalf of the NVP, delegate for the European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM) in which 28 European HR associations take part. He was also the chairman of the Jury of the first EAPM European HR Award.

Rupal Patel

Director, Executive Compensation, People Services, KPMG UK

Rupal joined the London office of KPMG in September 2012 and is responsible for Executive Compensation within the Reward consultancy practice.  She is a performance driven and commercially focussed senior reward professional with over 10 years’ experience gained from both consulting and in-house roles. Her clients include both unlisted and listed global organisations, with a focus on the financial services sector. Rupal has a strong knowledge of best practice across all areas of reward. Prior to joining KPMG Rupal was part of the Group Compensation team at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc which involved working across all reward disciplines, and jurisdictions and managing a number of senior internal and important external stakeholders.  She advised stakeholders, including the Remuneration Committee, on any external influences on the RBS global remuneration policy with the main focus being regulations but also the government, the media and shareholders.  She was also responsible for providing technical support and advice to the global reward team and businesses on remuneration governance, design, asset/ business disposals and compliance with regulations whilst ensuring that remuneration structures were still effective and commercial.

Rupal was previously a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Reward team at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she advised global financial services organisations on reward and incentive arrangements with a particular emphasis on advising asset management organisations and retail banks on issues such as retention, differentiation of reward and compliance with international remuneration regulations. In addition, she advised both Remuneration Committees and management in executive compensation and corporate governance.

Rupal graduated with a degree in Mathematics, holds a Masters in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the Association of Tax Technicians.

Conrad Pramböck Conrad Pramböck

Head of Compensation Consulting at Pedersen & Partners 

Conrad Pramböck is the Head of Compensation Consulting at Pedersen & Partners. Based in Vienna, Austria, he is responsible for consulting companies on all aspects of compensation, including providing companies with up-to-date market information on salary ranges and design of bonus systems across all industries and geographies.

Prior to joining the firm Mr Pramböck held several senior positions in international consultancy firms. He started his career with a German Consultancy firm working in management consulting and later in the Compensation Consulting business unit based in Austria. For the following 7 years he worked with one of the top Austrian executive search firms as the Head of Compensation Consulting. He was responsible for all international compensation consulting activities and developed and maintained an international compensation database in 40 countries.

Mr Pramböck holds a PhD in Law from the University of Vienna. In addition to his native German, he speaks fluent English and has a good basic knowledge in French and Spanish.

Borislav Ignatov Borislav Ignatov

CEO, Entalent

Borislav Ignatov is CEO of Entalent since 2009. Before launching the company, he worked in the field of consumer products.  After 10 years in the FMCG sector Igntov joined the team of ACE HR Services as Marketing and Sales Manager. Later he became CEO of the companies  Soft Skills Solutions and Teambuilding Adventures.

Borislav Ignatov is a Master of Electronic Techniques and Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the New Bulgarian University. Ignatov is PhD in the Leadership Department at the "G.S. Rakovski" National Defense Academy.

Ignatov has been awarded with the BHRMDA award for Best Project  in Learning and Development for 2010. He is  a lecturer in the HR Academy of BHRMDA on Talent Management and Leadership Development. He has been lecturer in the Business Master Classes of BBLF and honorary lecturer of Junior Achievement® Bulgaria.

Maria Shishkova is the Managing Partner for Bulgaria and Macedonia of AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria – a consultancy company in the area of human resources and the executive search and selection for top managerial positions. Since 1995 the company conducted a survey of remuneration levels and policies designed specifically for the Bulgarian market.

Shishkova manages AIMS since the company establishment in 1994. She is a specialist in the field of compensation and benefits, human resources and executive search for top managerial positions, coaching, talent assessment and development, leadership training, as well as individual and team development. She also has a longstanding expertise in the areas of leadership, sales skills, customer service, teamwork.

Maria has been trained in specialized Coaching course at the Corporate Coach University of Dallas, USA and in a programme of Applied Economics at the University of Delaware, USA. She holds a Master degree in English and American studies from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

Maria Shishkova is active business professional and since 2007 presides at two of the most respected professional organizations in Bulgaria  - the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (www.bblf.bg)  and the Bulgarian Association of Management Consultancy Organizations (www.bamco.bg). She has been a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (www.amcham.bg) for three mandates.

Zornitza Iankova Zornitza Iankova

Country HR Manager of Hewlett Packard in Bulgaria 

Zornitza Iankova is the Country HR Manager of Hewlett Packard in Bulgaria as of June 2011. In this role she is responsible for the two entities of HP in Bulgaria – HP Bulgaria GTM & HP Global Delivery Bulgaria Center, covering over 3800 employees in various roles.

Zornitza holds a Master Degree in Organizational Psychology and has been certified by the Society of Human Resources Management in USA holding a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) as of 2005, and twice successfully re-certified, in 2008 and 2011.

Zornitza has more than 12 years of progressive HR experience in different roles. She has started her career in Bulgaria when joining VM Finance group in 1999 as HR Manager, gaining additional experience in HR Manager roles in OMV and Melexis. She was responsible for Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Management, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relations.   In 2005 she moved to the US holding a position as a Business Analyst for Autodesk, leading HR optimization and efficiency improvement projects. Prior joining HP and after several years in the US, she came back in 2009 to take over the position of HR Director for Southeast Europe for Aurubis.

She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in USA, Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), and Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association.

Zornitza has strong interest in people development, coaching and mentoring, project work and efficiency improvements.

Verka Aleksieva Verka Aleksieva

Verka Aleksieva is the Corporate HR Manager at VM Finance Group – a holding company which itegrates in its structure companies operating in nine different areas.
Aleksieva is head of the HR Management and Development Unit since 2009.

Verka Aleksieva is a Chartered Member of CIPD. She graduated with a degree in Business Adimistration from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia and European Business Administration from  the University of Humberside and Lincolnshire (UK). She has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of HR management and development. Verka Aleksieva has held management positions at Umicore Med (1997-2004) and Bulgarian Telecomunication Company (2004-2009).

Rositsa Ivanova Rositsa Ivanova

Rositsa Ivanova has been Managing Director of ABC KinderCare Center since its creation in January 2008.
She has been working as an educationist with multinational clients since 1997.

Rositsa Ivanova graduated in Preschool Education from Blagoevgrad University and in International Economic Relations from the University for National and World Economy in Sofia.

For more than 10 years she has been a Sofia University associated teacher, instructing university students in pre-school pedagogy in practice. Currently, Rositsa Ivanova continues to enjoy a fruitful cooperation with Sofia University’s lecturers. She has completed a training course at the American Montessory Training Academy.  

Hristo Stoyanov Hristo Stoyanov

Hristo Stoyanov has more than 20 years of experince in HR management and development, most of them in a management position. Over the past 12 years he worked for a manufacturing companies and since 2003 is a HR manager at TESY.

Hristo Stoyanov has completed higher education and holds diploma for computing engineer. He has completed additional trainings in the field of HR management and development. Hristo obtains HR management and development certificate from BHRMDA, 2006 and GCDF certificate for a career consultant, 2007.

He is a memeber of BHRMDA since 2000 and has been a member of the Management Board during 2003-2010. Hristo has been awarded with the "Promoting the HR Profession" Award for 2002 by BHRMDA.

Desislava Zhekova Desislava Zhekova

Desislava Zhekova has been HR Manager at ESAB Electrodes since the begining of 2009. Her work covers all aspects of the HR management. Desislava belives that the reward system is a key element of the overall company policy and links it to the achievement of the company’s business results, on the one hand and to all other  aspects of the personnel  management, on the other hand.   Desislava Zhekova has experience in the HR field in Bulgarian and international companies since 2001.

She graduated from the Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" with a Master degree in Pschicology and expects to complete her Master degree in HR management and development at New Bulgarian University.

Desislava seeks the balance between tradition and change within the company practices and is grateful that her work at ESAB Electrodes allows her to participate in the organization change management and sets new, more challenging goals.

Stela Dimitrova Stela Dimitrova

Product Manager at ConsulTeam Human Capital Bulgaria

Stela Dimitrova holds a master’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Economics- Varna. Since 2007 she is part of the team that performs the Survey on remuneration and benefits practices in Bulgaria by Mercer’s methodology and is responsible for the project from 2010.

Stela Dimitrova takes part in consulting projects related to job evaluation, job profiles, bonus schemes, performance evaluation, compensation structure, employee satisfaction survey and others. She is a certified expert in "Thomas International" system for psychometric analysis.
